There are two main aspects to the service we offer: the Right-to-Represent (RTR) service and the Job Application service. This combined program covers the extensive upfront work involved in setting up your job search, including a crucial career strategy call with a Placement Team member to understand your ideal opportunities.

Specifically, your program covers:

1. Meticulous review and optimization of your resume for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

2. Alignment of your LinkedIn profile for a strong professional impression.

3. Setup of your dedicated job search email and tracking sheet.

4. Access to our specialized team and resources within our current candidate capacity limits, facilitating up to 100 job applications per week on your behalf.

5. Follow-up with up to 9 people at every organization we apply to, which accounts for 60-80 hours of work monthly.

2. Strategic Networking: We engage in strategic networking with headhunters, employers, and recruiters on your behalf, in addition to following up with up to 9 contacts at each company applied to.

3. Professional Branding: We'll optimize your LinkedIn and resume to ensure you stand out using our proprietary system (proven 5-12% interview rate per 100 applications).

Question 4: Do I need a separate email for my job search?

Job Search Email & Authorization

Before we can begin applying for jobs on your behalf, a dedicated email account used solely for your job search is necessary. This email address should not be your personal email used for daily activities. eStreet can create this dedicated email account for you, and we will provide you with the login credentials.

You authorize eStreet to act as your RTR and apply for jobs on your behalf only after you have reviewed and approved the specific positions, taking into account the following criteria:

Question 5: Do you help me prepare for interviews?

Once we secure you interviews, you'll work with our placement team, and sometimes even with headhunters or recruiters who may have direct contact with the employers. These sessions are tailored to the exact types of roles we are placing you in, so we can help you refine your interview skills and boost your confidence going into the real thing.

Question 6: What's your compensation for placement?

For jobs we secure within our direct network, employers cover all fees, so there's no cost to you.

Question 7: How quickly can I expect to see results?

Within the first week, we'll optimize your resume and LinkedIn profile. By week two, we begin aggressive outreach with up to 200+ applications and follow-ups with 9 contacts per company. Most clients start seeing interview opportunities within 2-3 weeks of starting our program. You'll also have access to real-time updates on your search, detailing all applications, follow-ups, and scheduled interviews.

Question 8: Do you offer any guarantees or allow cancellations?

Yes, our service is month-to-month with no long-term commitment, allowing you to pause or cancel at any time.

Refund Eligibility within the First 30 Days: Refunds are available only within the first 30 days of using our service, with percentages based on the week of cancellation:

Week 1 (Day 1-7): 75% refund.

Week 2 (Day 8-14): 50% refund.

Week 3 (Day 15-21): 25% refund.

Week 4 (Day 22-30): 25% refund.

No refunds are provided after 30 days of service.

How Refunds Are Applied:

For the ESSENTIAL Plan ($50/month): The refund percentages apply to your $50 monthly fee.

For PREMIUM, ELITE, and Success-based Plans (which include a one-time setup fee covering the first month's service): The refund percentages apply to your initial one-time setup fee ($195, $450, or $105, respectively).

To pause or cancel, simply send your request to [email protected]. You'll also have access to real-time updates on your search, detailing all applications, follow-ups, and scheduled interviews. This means even after we help you land a job, you can pause your service and easily reactivate your RTR access whenever you're ready for your next career move.

Question 9: What industries do you specialize in?

Question 10: What is the Success-based Plan?

1. What is the upfront cost for the Success-based Plan?

To activate your service, there is a one-time $105 upfront setup fee.

2. When do my post-placement payments begin?

Your fixed payments of $200 per month only begin 30 days after your new job start date, following our success in securing your role. If we don't secure you a job, you don't pay the monthly fee.

3. What is the maximum I will pay for this plan?

Your total payments (including the $105 upfront fee) will not exceed $2,400. Once this cap is reached, your payment obligations end.

4. What happens if I don't secure a job through eStreet?

If we do not secure you a job, you will not owe any post-placement monthly payments. Your only payment is the initial $105 upfront fee.

5. What services are included in the Success-based Plan?

This plan includes initial profile assessment, crucial resume & LinkedIn optimization, and strategic support with 100+ applications per week. You also get the benefit of payments being contingent on our success in securing your role, up to the payment cap.

6. Can I pause or cancel this plan?

Yes, you can pause or cancel the service at any time. If you cancel your service, your payment obligations (including post-placement payments) will cease according to our terms.

7. What if I find a job on my own after paying the upfront fee?

Your payment obligation for the post-placement monthly fee is contingent on our success in securing your new role. If you find a job through your own efforts, you are not obligated to pay the post-placement monthly fee towards the $2,400 cap. The initial $105 upfront fee covers the setup and initial services provided.
