Please read and agree to the following terms before eStreet begins representing you for job opportunities.

We've already successfully placed candidates in our network through our internal efforts and strong working relationships with headhunters, recruiters, hiring managers, and employment agencies. Our success rate is 95% over a 6-month period, and 50% to 80% within the first 30 to 60 days.

We're dedicated to swiftly landing you interviews and securing your next role.

Here's how we'll do it:

• 200+ Targeted Applications: We'll submit personalized applications to over 200 pre-approved jobs, including exclusive, unadvertised internal openings.

• Strategic networking with headhunters, employers and recruiters on your behalf in addition to following-up with up to 9 contacts at each company applied to.

• Professional Branding: We'll optimize your LinkedIn and resume to ensure you stand out using our proprietary system (proven 5-12% interview rate per 100 applications).

• Interview Preparation - You'll gain confidence through mock interviews designed to refine your responses and technique.

• Salary Negotiation: We'll equip you with the skills to confidently negotiate your offer.

Onboarding & Security Deposit

There are two main aspects to the service we offer: the Right-to-Represent (RTR) service and the Job Application service.

To begin, we require a $99 upfront refundable security deposit. This deposit serves a dual purpose: it allows our RTR placement team to thoroughly assess your profile and determine if we can effectively invest our resources in your job search, given our current team capacity limits the number of candidates we can actively support. It also signifies your commitment as we proceed.

Once you submit your deposit, we’ll begin applying to roles on your behalf.

Around the third week, we’ll schedule a career strategy call — typically over Google Meet or Slack Huddle — with a Placement Team member. Our goal is to get a full picture of what kinds of opportunities would be the best fit, while also reviewing the initial 3 week job application performance of submissions we made on your behalf to headhunters, hiring managers, and employment partners with current openings.

Regardless of the outcome, you have 30 days from your deposit to cancel and get a full refund, no questions asked. You maintain the flexibility to pause or cancel at any time. Should you seek a new opportunity in the future, you can also reactivate your RTR access.

Please note that while our goal is to connect you with opportunities as quickly as possible, the typical timeframe for you to secure a job through our RTR service averages between to 1 to 3 months.

Job Search Email & Authorization

Before we can begin applying for jobs on your behalf, a dedicated Gmail account used solely for your job search is necessary. This email address should not be your personal email used for daily activities. eStreet will create this dedicated Gmail account for you, and we will provide you with the login credentials.

You authorize eStreet to act as your RTR and apply for jobs on your behalf only after you have reviewed and approved the specific positions, taking into account the following:

• Required Skills and Experience

• Job Responsibilities

• Career Growth Opportunities

• Work-Life Balance Considerations.

Interview Preparation & Salary

Negotiation

Once we secure you interviews, you'll work with our placement team, and sometimes even with headhunters or recruiters who may have direct contact with the employers. These sessions are tailored to the exact types of roles we are placing you in, so we can help you refine your interview skills and boost your confidence going into the real thing.

Compensation for Placement

For jobs we secure within our direct network, employers cover all fees, so there's no cost to you.

How quickly can I expect to see results?

Within the first week, we'll optimize your resume and LinkedIn profile. By week two, we begin aggressive outreach with up to 200+ applications and follow-ups with 9 contacts per company. Most clients start seeing interview opportunities within 2-3 weeks of starting our program.

Do you offer any guarantees?

Yes, we offer a 30-day refund guarantee on our monthly fee. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, we'll refund your monthly fee. Additionally, you'll be able to access real-time updates on your search, detailing all applications, follow-ups, and scheduled interviews.

What happens if I find a job through my own network?

If you secure a job on your own, our fee does not apply, and you can still use the resume & LinkedIn we created for you!

Can I pause or cancel the service?

Yes, you can pause or cancel our service at any time. The monthly fee is charged on a month-to-month basis, and there's no long-term commitment required. Remember, the first 30 days are covered by our satisfaction guarantee.
